  1. How are shipping charges calculated? How long will delivery take?

    We use the official shipping calculators provided by UPS, FEDEX, and USPS to calculate the most cost-efficient shipping methods. We may split up product shipping to get products to you as quickly and cheaply as possible. Typically all orders placed before 5pm EDT will be processed same day, and shipped the following.
  2. What are accepted payment methods?

    We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). If you would like to place an order and pay with a different method please contact us using the form.
  3. Is shopping online secure? Is my data protected?

    Preppers Paradise website is secured with a 256 bit code by Comodo SSL. Sensitive data, such as your credit card and personal data, is coded and protected using the SSL system (Secure Socket Layer) before being transferred. Therefore, Your data cannot be intercepted by a third party.
  4. What is your return policy?

    We offer a 7 day no hassle return policy on most of our products. Exceptions are special order items . Returns after 7 days must be handled directly by the manufacturer.
  5. Do you have a brick & mortar storefront?

    Yes, our store is located in Export, PA. We are open Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm and closed Saturday and Sunday.

  6. Do you ship international?

    We currently only ship standard orders to locations in the lower 48 continental U.S.A. If you have a particularly large order or special order, contact us and be very specific about items and quantities and we will make a one-off determination of shipment viability!
